Writing With A Purpose

One of the things I have learned as a screenwriter is that some of the best stories come from real life experiences. I have learned to use everything that has happened to me: the good, the bad, the ugly.  There is nothing new under the sun and because of that someone will always be able to relate to your story if you are willing to share it. There are common threads in the human experience that allow us to relate to one another.

My desire is for my screenplays to eventually make the big screen and have the meaning behind the images and words resonate in such a way with the viewing audience that it shifts the paradigm of the lives  touched.
